Last night I went through and arranged my fabric. It needed a bit of tidying up and I had recently purchased a couple more plastic bins in which to store the various cuts and keep them cat hair free. A friend recently requested a tote bag like one I had made another friend so I needed to peruse the fabric selection and see if anything would suit. I also set aside a bunch of fabric I don't need/want anymore. But it's all in bins, not just sitting there. And the scraps are with the scraps and when I get it all put back where it's supposed to be, I'll feel so much better and ridiculously organized.

Making things
I have so many projects that need to finished. But hey, why work on those? This is what I've been doing lately:
You can see the evolution. I started off with the two that are hanging on the branch. The turquoise and yellow one was first. Then the red and white one. I made one for Leo too that had some catnip in it. Lily, odd girl that she is, doesn't really care much for the catnip.
Then this grey one with turquoise wings now hanging on my office door.
And lastly the biggest one sitting (actually taped to the wall to make it stay where it should be) on the branch. The trio of owls has replaced the calaveras in my office.

these are so much fun! i like the evolution too. especially the increase of eye detail. nicely done as always friend.
you've always made perfect, pretty stitches. so cute!
They are so adorable and would be very cute sewn flat on the front of a pillow too! Perfect for children's rooms.
Thanks everyone for your very sweet comments!
