I'm looking for a few good books to read or listen to. Any suggestions out there? I do love me a good book.
Thanks for all the encouraging thoughts. My head has been in a not so great place the last few days - obviously. But I'm hoping to pull out of it soon.

I saw your FB post about books and almost added the app. But for some reason I am sick (or distrustful) of FB apps.
Anywho -- The book I just finished was "The Painted Drum" by Louise Erdrich. Awesome. If you've never read any of Louise's work Google her and get a gist of what she is like.
Another book I finished recently was "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society". OMG. I could not put that one down. (Ask H -- I took it with me to Mpls and almost ignored the family stuff that was going on because I wanted to READ.) It was funny and poignant and ..... everything I want a book to be.
Oh -- chin up. You are my sunshine. If you are cloudy, well, to heck with everything.
